Bringing in the Cavvy

A rider, at the right, pushes a herd of horses toward a conestoga chuck wagon where a number of his fellow cowhands appear in the open range setting. Beyond, a rugged terrain and billowing clouds in the sky emphasize the action of the early morning hours.

This painting was owned by Read Mullan, a Phoenix Arizona car dealer who had a western art gallery at his dealership.

No prints of this painting were published. The image was reversed left to right in the movie.
